Who we are

Englandpanel Restoration is a referral service for homeowners in the Oklahoma City metro area. That is all. We are not a restoration company, and we do not send anyone to your door. Providers do the work.

That one fact matters, so we say it first. Many people assume a company that answers a phone also shows up with the pumps and fans. Here, it does not work that way.

Why this site exists

Water damage is stressful, and the price is often a mystery. Homeowners are told a number on the phone, then see a different one on the invoice. Englandpanel Restoration exists to make that less common. We explain what drives cost, and we push for a quote in writing.

How providers are matched

When you send a request, we look at the type of job and where you live. Then we route it to an independent local provider in our network who may be able to help. Availability varies, and hours differ from one provider to the next. Request a callback to check provider availability.

The match is a starting point. You still decide whether the provider is right for your home.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Explain the plan in plain words before work begins.
• Put the price in writing.
• Describe the drying steps and how they will be checked.
• Help document damage so you can share it with your insurer.

We do not run their jobs. The relationship is between you and the provider.

What we do not do

A few myths are worth clearing up.

• Myth: Englandpanel Restoration will send someone to your door. Fact: A provider does that, not us.
• Myth: A referral service sets your price. Fact: The provider sets it, and you can compare.
• Myth: A referral settles your insurance claim. Fact: Some policies may cover sudden damage. Check your policy, and ask your insurer what applies to you.

We also do not give legal, insurance or engineering advice.

How we are paid

Honest answer: providers in our network may pay a referral fee when they receive a request through this site. You are not charged by Englandpanel Restoration to request an estimate. The provider's quote is what you pay for the work, and it should be in writing.

How costs usually work
